Materials :
1-2 cups of almond or coconut milk
1 cup of spinach
1 banana
1 cup Strawberries or other fruit of your choice
1/2 avocado or 1 tablespoon coconut butter
1-2 tablespoons of pea protein
1 teaspoon of chia seeds or flaxseed
Cinnamon the nutmeg
Execution:
Blend all the ingredients in a blender until they become a smooth mixture (about a minute). Serve in a bowl you can add cereals with fiber of your choice, sunflower seeds, almonds and fruits of your choice mixed like extra banana and strawberries and berries.
